Transaction processing times

​​The table below shows when various transfers are booked and executed according to when they are submitted.

For the payee’s account, the value date depends on the payee’s bank.

Account Balance Service via email

With Account Balance Service, you get an email message three times a day between 8.00am and 7.30pm. This means that it may be several hours from the time a transaction is made on your account until you receive ​email message. This applies to all transactions on your account that you have opted to receive notification of.

You can place commission and market orders during the period from 0.00am to midnight. Attempts to execute the transaction are made in the period from 9.00am to 10.00pm, depending on the trading hours.
Average price trades are normally priced and settled on the banking day after the order submission date.
