  • How to see all accounts

Normally, you can view all of your own accounts as well as the accounts over which you have power of attorney, such as your children's accounts. If any accounts are missing from the account overview, it may be because conditions of the power of attorney may be incomplete or incorrectly registered. Note that the list of accounts on the front page of your eBanking will only show 10 accounts.

If you have more than 10 accounts you can see the others by:

    • Log in eBanking
    • Click "Accounts" at the top menu of eBanking and choose "Account overview".

  • How to create a standing order

A standing order is a regular payment that you can set up to transfer a fixed amount to an account with the payment interval you want. This can be, for example, a monthly transfer to a budget account or a payment to another person.
You can also edit or delete a standing order. When you create the standing order, you will be informed when it can take effect at the earliest.

How to create a standing order

    • Log in eBanking
    • Click "Pay & transfer" at the top menu of eBanking and choose "View and create regular transfers".

  • How to transfer money to another account?

When you transfer money to another account in eBanking, and choose today's date as the transfer date, the money will be transferred immediately.

How to transfer money to another account

    • Log in eBanking
    • Choose "Pay & transfer" and "Transfer funds".

    • Complete the online form in detail and click "OK".

    • Sign the payment with your password.

If the transfer is to an account that does not appear on the "Select payee" drop-down list, complete the "or enter account number" field. Enter the sort code and account number in full, without hyphens or spaces. eBanking automatically adds the 0s so the final number contains 14 digits. Immediately afterwards, the transfer can be seen in the account from which the money has been withdrawn. The payment status will show either "Pending" or "Executed", depending on the payment date you have entered.
