Technical Requirements

You can use Danske Bank's website, eBanking and Mobile Bank on most computers, smartphones and tablets. Your device must have an Internet connection. You must also be able to run the programs that support the features.

  • Mobile Banking

    If you have a smartphone, you can use our apps without any problems. But be aware of a number of technical requirements if you want to get the most out of our products.

    We continually optimise our apps for the latest versions of the operating systems. This gives the best experience for most users. In many cases, our apps can also run on older versions of an operating system.

  • eBanking

    If your computer is a recent model, you will be able to use our eBanking system without problems. But to get the most out of our services, there are a few things you should be aware of.

    Browser and operating system 
    We recommend that you use the latest version of a browser, although not a beta version.
    These are the operating systems and browsers we have tested for all functions in eBanking.

    Monitor requirements
    The resolution and size of your monitor affect the appearance of web pages. We design our website for a screen resolution of 1024x768 pixels. If your browser window is smaller than the size a website is designed for, you will see a scrollbar. Use the scrollbar to view the entire page.

    Browsers on mobile and tablet
    On your tablet and mobile phone, you can log in and use our eBanking via the website. However, be aware that eBanking is optimized for use on a computer. We therefore do not guarantee that all functions will work when used on a tablet or mobile – instead, we recommend using the Danske Mobile Bank app on your tablet and mobile.
    We do not support online banking where you are logged in via browser on tablet and mobile.

  • Homepage

    If your computer is a recent model, you will be able to view our website and use our calculators etc.

    To use the website, you need an internet browser such as Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox.

    Please note a number of technical requirements if you want to be able to use our log on products such as Danske eBanking.

    Monitor requirements for smartphones
    The size of your mobile screen affects the website's appearance. We recommend a minimum screen resolution of 800 x 480 pixels.
    If your screen resolution is less than recommended, you may find that only part of the image will be displayed on the screen and certain functions will not be available.
