· You must upload proof of identity for yourself and other key people

Information to be provided:
Name, CVR number, business code and business model
Turnover, payments and expected use of accounts
Key persons – beneficial owners, authorised signatories, members of the board of directors and mandate holders (names, addresses, civil registration (CPR) numbers and citizenships)

You cannot save your application, so by closing the browser without submitting the application, all information will be lost.
