We
calculate the volume of business you have with us when you register for the
customer programme. The volume of business you have with us will subsequently
be calculated each month.
Savings,
loans, investments and pension savings with Danske Bank in Denmark, Realkredit
Danmark A/S, Danica and Nordania Finans A/S are included in your volume
of business.
If you live
with someone, you can register for the customer programme together and we will
use your joint volume of business as the basis for our calculation.
If your
total business volume increases, you will switch customer group 1-2 months
later – depending on when in the month your business volume increases.
Conversely,
if your business volume falls for four months in a row, you will switch
customer group after that period.
If you
switch to another customer group, we will of course write to inform you of
this.
