What happens after upload
The form and ID will be checked and if any questions you will be contacted. When we have all the necessary information, we will complete the "Know Your Customer update".
Please note that processing time can be up to 2-3 weeks, depending on whether we need additional information from you in the “Know Your Customer” process. We will of course try our best to process it as soon as possible.
