Automatic transcription and summary
Purpose
To improve our communication and provide a better customer experience we may use your personal data to automatically transcribe all discussions that occur during MS Teams online meetings with or without video and to prepare meeting summaries. We use AI technology for transcribing and preparing the meeting summaries.
This way, we can improve the quality of our service to you by allowing our advisor to focus solely on advising you. You may also quickly receive a meeting summary.
The transcription will also be used to analyse and improve the summaries.
Transcription may also be used for internal meetings or external meetings with suppliers and partners. The purpose of this is to enhance documentation, boost productivity and work quality, support mental well-being, and improve the overall efficiency.
Legal basis
We process your personal data using AI technology based on our legitimate interests, c.f. Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to improve the quality of our services.
Notification of the transcription
You will be informed about the transcription in the meeting confirmation. The advisor will also notify you before the transcription is activated.
Retention and deletion of your personal data
The transcription of the meeting will be deleted 30 days after the meeting. The meeting summary will be deleted in accordance with Danske Bank's data retention policies.
Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in connection with the transcription of the conversation according to Article 21 of the GDPR.
If you do not want the conversation to be transcribed, you can:
- Ask the advisor not to start the transcription
- Disconnect from the meeting
- Mute your microphone
- Avoid speaking during the meeting
- Ask the advisor to stop the transcription
