Important information about security risk for Android mobile phones

Have you received a message in your Danske Mobile Banking app that we have blocked your access due to a potentially harmful app on your Android phone or tablet?

This is because we have identified an app on your device that claims to be a help feature but which may be harmful. In certain cases, the app may try to steal information from other apps, including your Danske Mobile Banking app.

We have therefore temporarily blocked your access to Danske Mobile Banking for security reasons. The blocking will be cancelled once you have removed the harmful app.

How to remove the harmful app

  1. Go to settings on your Android device.
  2. Find the app stated in the message in Danske Mobile Banking.
  3. Uninstall the app.

You can now access Danske Mobile Banking once more.
