    • Log-on Ebanking
    • Click on 'Contact & help', then 'Personal information'
    • Clik on the blue button 'Edit' and edit your details.
    • Click 'Ok'.
  • Tell us if your name has changed

    • Please call into your nearest branch with the original documents that confirm your new name
  • Tell us you moved house

    You can tell us of a change of address by:

    Sending us a Secure Message via eBanking or the Mobile Banking app

    • eBanking: click on Contact, then Personal data and Send new message
    • Mobile Banking: click on the envelope graphic, then Messages, then the icon at the top right
      Posting your branch a signed letter with your current/old and new addresses
