When you say yes to phone calls, we can, for example, call you in the following cases:
  • If your mortgage could advantageously be refinanced, or your home equity could be utilised better.
  • When it’s time to focus more on or adjust your pension.
  • If you do not make the best use of the customer benefits.
  • When we see that we can help you optimise your wealth and finances.
  • If you show interest in buying a home and we can assist you with the process.

When you say yes to emails, messages in your digital bank, or notifications, we will, for example, send messages with the following content:

  • Good advice if you are looking at a new home, car, or planning to travel soon.
  • Guidance on how you can get more out of your savings by investing or adjusting your pension scheme
  • Tips for day-to-day finances, for example, if we can see that there are benefits of your debit and credit cards that you do not use.
  • News about new products or solutions that are relevant to you and your finances. This can be a new home loan, tips on energy improvements for your home, or loans for an electric car.
