Close accounts
If you have an account you do not use, closing it is quick and easy.

How to close an account
- Log on to Danske Mobile Banking
- Tap 'Accounts' on the top menu.
- Select the account to be closed.
- Tap the three dots in the top-right corner and then tap 'Close account'.
- Before the account is closed, you will be asked to decide whether standing orders, Betalingsservice (direct debit) and NemKonto should be moved to another account or be deleted.
- Confirm your request for closing of the account by entering your service code.
You can only close accounts you own - not joint accounts or mandate accounts.

How to close an account

- Select the tab sheet 'Terms'
- Tap 'Close account' at the bottom of the page
Before the account is closed, you will be asked to decide whether standing orders, Betalingsservice (direct debit) and NemKonto should be moved to another account or be deleted - Confirm your request for closing of the account
You can only close accounts you own - not joint accounts or mandate accounts.
