Mandates
You can easily create mandates for your accounts directly in mobile banking.
Proof of identity
The person you grant power of attorney to must either be a Danske Bank customer or have completed identification at the bank. If the person is not a Danske Bank customer,they must call us at 70 12 34 56.

Add a new Mandate
How to add a new mandate
- Log on to Danske Mobile Banking
- Tap 'Accounts' on the top menu and select the account you want to grant power of attorney for
- Tap the three dots located at the top of the account overview
- Scroll down the page until you find 'Mandates'. Tap 'Add
a new Mandate'
- Read about the two types of mandate available and tap the blue button 'Choose'
- Enter the name and CPR number of the person you wish to grant power of attorney to. Then tap 'Verify and continue'
- Mark the mandate type you want to grant and click 'Next'
- Choose the duration of the mandate and then tap 'Go to signing'
- Read the agreement document and approve using your digital signature
The new mandate is visible in the account details and ready for use once you have completed the flow.
