Become a customer fast and easy

Generally, anyone aged 18 and over can use the app - but in some cases, please contact us via one of these links:

You can close the app at any time and continue later. To do so, log on using your MitID – you can then carry on from where you stopped. We store your responses for 7 days. After this time, you will have to start over again.

We have an obligation and a commitment to protect our customers, ourselves and society against financial crime. This requires, for example, that we collect information about our customers and about how they use our products and services.

When you register as a customer via the app, you will be registered for our customer programme* and for the Danske Hverdag+ customer package. 

As a customer you get:

All this for DKK 0 for the first 3 months. 

After this, the fee ranges from DKK 0 to DKK 49 per month, depending on your volume of business with the Danske Bank Group. However, the fee is DKK 0 per month for those under 27 and students under 32 years of age. You can read more about the fees under the question ‘What are the fees after the first 3 months?

*Please note that if you are under 27 or a student under 32 years of age, you will not be registered for our customer programme.

As a customer of Danske Bank, you pay DKK 0 for the first three months. After this, the fee ranges from DKK 0 to DKK 49 per month, depending on your volume of business with the Danske Bank Group and on the customer group to which you belong. 

• The fee is DKK 0 per month for those under 27 and students under 32 years of age (customer groups Danske 18-27 and Danske Studie). 
• DKK 0 per month with a business volume exceeding DKK 2 million (the Eksklusiv+ customer group) 
• DKK 9 per month with a business volume of DKK 750,000 – 2 million (the Eksklusiv customer group)
• DKK 39 per month with a business volume of DKK 60,000 – 750,000 (the Ekstra customer group)
• DKK 49 per month with a business volume of up to DKK 60,000 (the Basis customer group)

Once you are a customer, it is easy to select additional products in Danske Mobile Banking – extra accounts for example.

With the Danske Hverdag+ customer package, you can have all the Danske Konto accounts you need.

You can also replace the Mastercard Direct credit card with a Visa/Dankort card or a Mastercard Basis credit card free of charge – subject to credit approval. 

If you would like to be a Danske Bank customer but do not want to register for our customer programme, please call us on +45 70 10 17 08*.

However, you should be aware that you will miss out on the benefits available with the Danske Hverdag+ customer package.

If your banking needs are very limited, however, the following accounts could also be an option:

• Basal Indlånskonto (basic deposit account) (account and debit card**) total fee: DKK 213.96 per year    
• Basal Betalingskonto (basic payment account) (account, debit card** and Danske Mobile Banking and Danske eBanking) total fee: DKK 619 per year***

**A debit card is a regular payment card that can be used in stores, online and at ATMs in Denmark and abroad. Your purchases are charged to your account immediately, and your spending is limited to the amount available in your account.   

***If you would like to have Danske eBanking and Danske Mobile Banking with this product offering, you need to have MitID. If you do not yet have a health insurance card (yellow card), please go to your local citizen service centre (Borgerservice) to get MitID. Once you have received MitID, please write to us at creationofnewcustomerscsd@danskebank.dk and include the following text in your message: ‘MitID created and Danske eBanking can be activated’.
