Download Mobile Banking app
Getting started with Danske Mobile Banking for smartphone or tablet.
You need to be set up for eBanking (our online banking service, accessed via our website) before you can use the Mobile Banking app.
Follow the steps below to get set up.- Create your Danske Mobile Banking agreement.
- Log in to Danske eBanking (the Danish version). MitID User ID and password as you use for Danske eBanking (the English version).
- In top menu click 'Mobile tjenester' (Mobile services) and under the topic 'Servicekode' choose 'Få adgang via Mobilbank (Get access via Danske Mobile Banking and Tablet Banking).
- You register by pressing the button 'Næste' (Next).
- Now you see links to our terms and conditions for Danske Mobile Banking.
Click the button ‘Videre til underskrift’ (Proceed to signature) to sign the agreement You will find all our terms and conditions in English at www.danskebank.dk/terms - An authorisation window opens. We will then ask you to approve
- Now you see your personal 4-digit service code needed for Danske Mobile Banking
- Download and log on to Danske Mobile Banking app.
- Download our app called ‘Mobilbank DK - Danske Bank’ from where you usually download apps
- Log on to Danske Mobile Banking app using your MitID and follow the in-app instructions
- When using the app for the first time, or for the first time on a new device, you will be asked to 'bind' Mobile Banking to that device. This means that we will ask you for additional security to check that it is you using it.
Choose whether you want Danske Mobile Banking to remember your user ID, so that in future you only need to enter your service code , your fingerprint or face recognition to log on
If you do not choose to save your user ID, you must use your MitID every time you log on to Danske Mobile Banking - The next time you log on to Danske Mobile Banking, you need your service code.
When you log on the next time or later, you will also be able to activate fingerprint and face recognition
- Download our app called ‘Mobilbank DK - Danske Bank’ from where you usually download apps
The Mobile Banking app can be used on a maximum of 3 devices. - Create your Danske Mobile Banking agreement.

What happens after you apply for eBanking
After you have applied for eBanking, you can log on within 1-3 business days if you already have MitID. We will let you know when you can start using it.
To logon just click on the blue "Log in" button in the top right corner on danskebank.dk and select "eBanking".
