Order a replacement card
If you have blocked your card because it has been lost, stolen or damaged, you can replace it via Danske Mobile Banking or Danske eBanking.
If your card is due to expire, you should receive a new card by the middle of the month in which your existing card will expire.

How to order a replacement card
- Log on to Danske Mobile Banking
- Select 'Cards' on the top menu
- Tap the card you wish to replace
- Select 'Replace card'
- Select the reason for the reorder
- Answer 'Yes' or 'No' to the question of whether you suspect the PIN is known to others
- Choose between PIN options
- Slide the toggle button for ‘Reorder’ to the right to order the replacement card

How to order a replacement card
- Log on to Danske eBanking.
- Select ‘Cards and currency’
- Click ‘Card overview’
- Select the card you want to replace and click ‘Reorder card’
- Click 'OK'
- We will then ask you to approve
