Reorder a card

If you have blocked your card because it is lost, stolen or forgotten, you can replace it by using your Mobile Bank or eBanking.

If your card is due to expire, you should receive your new card by the middle of the month in which it is due to expire.


  • Reorder an existing card - Mobile Banking

    How to reorder your card via Mobile Banking

    • Log on to Danske Mobile Banking.
    • Select 'Cards' at the top menu.
    • Tap the card you wish to reorder.
    • Select 'Replace card'.
    • Select the reason for the reorder.
    • Select 'Yes' or 'No' to the question whether you suspect the PIN is known to others.
    • Choose between PIN options.
    • Slide the toggle button for ‘Reorder’ to the right to reorder your card.
  • Reorder an existing card - eBanking

    How to reorder your card via ebanking:

    • Log on to eBanking.
    • Select ‘Cards and currency’.
    • Click on ‘Card overview’.
    • Select the card you wish to reorder and click ‘reorder card’.
    • Click OK.
    • We will then ask you for your password.
