You were given access to online banking when you became a Danske Bank customer.
How to log in mobile banking- Open the Danske Mobile Banking app
- Log in with your fingerprint, facial recognition or enter your service code
If you are a new user of Danske Mobile Banking app or if you have a new mobile phone
You must log on with MitID.
At the first log-on, you link Danske Mobile Banking to your mobile phone via MitID so that the app can be used from your specific device. It is possible to register up to 3 different devices as a trusted device.How to get started with Danske Mobile Banking
Danske Mobile Banking app is available in English for mobile and tablet and you get easily started by following steps.- Download our app called ‘Mobilbank DK - Danske Bank’ from where you usually download apps – search for ‘Danske Bank’
- Log on to Danske Mobile Banking using your MitID
- Choose whether you want Danske Mobile Banking to remember your user ID, so that in future you only need to enter your service code , your fingerprint or face recognition to log on
If you do not choose to save your user ID, you must use your MitID every time you log on to Danske Mobile Banking. - The next time you log on to Danske Mobile Banking, you need your service code
When you log on the next time or later, you will also be able to activate fingerprint and face recognition.

Danske eBanking - Log in
Each time you log in to eBanking you are required to use an authenticator, eg MitID app.
- Go to www.danskebank.dk, click 'Log in' in the top right hand corner and choose Personal eBanking.
- In the MitID log on box enter your user ID and select ‘CONTINUE'.

Next you will be asked to confirm your identity using an authenticator - either the MitID app or MitID code display or audio code reader.
MitID remembers the authenticator, you used the last time you logged on or confirmed using MitID. If you have several authenticators, you can change between them, once you have entered your user ID. On the list over your active authenticators, you select the authenticator you want to use. - You are now logged on to eBanking.

MitID code display error
Several issues may cause an error in MitID code display.- If you enter your one time access code too many times, your authenticator will be temporarily blocked. You are able to reactivate them.
- If your code viewer is not activated
- If it is not your own MitID code display.
If your MitID code display has been blocked permanently, you must order a new one.

Not receiving a push notification
To use MitID you need to approve the transactions. You will not receive a push notification on your phone. You must open the MitID app to check and approve requests.
A request in the MitID app expires and disappears after five minutes. This, combined with not receiving a push notification, make it more difficult for scammers to manipulate you into approving a transaction not initiated by you.
Always read the transaction you are about to approve with MitID. It the text does nott match your expectations, or if it is not a transaction you have initiated - do not approve. -
MitID - user ID error
Several issues may cause an error in user ID error during log on. Maybe
- you have entered an invalid user ID
- your MitID is blocked.

eBanking on your computer
Normally you can log on and use eBanking without any technical problems using the standard settings in your browser. However, if you get errors after log on, it may help to delete the temporary internet files in your browser. Also your browser needs to allow the use of session cookies.
