Danske Bank's eBanking is open
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Every Sunday from 00.00 to 06.00 you may experience limited use of some functions in eBanking due to routine technical maintenance.
  • Log on the first time as a new user - eBanking

    Log on the first time as a new user - eBanking

    You need to have a NemID and an eBanking agreement to be able to log on to eBanking.

    If you already have a NemID we will attach eBanking to this and you can log on with your current password and code card from NemID.

    If you don't have a NemID, it will be sent to you, when you order eBanking. You will receive a NemID-number, a code card and a  by post. You need all three items the first time you log on.

    • Go to www.danskebank.dk, click "Log-in" in the top right hand corner and choose Personal eBanking.
    • In the NemID log on box you enter your NemID number, and the temporary password. Click Next.
    • You will then be asked to choose a new password.
    • Enter your new password, repeat it and click Next.
    • You will be offered to create a personal user ID. Click Next.
    • You may be offered to associate a digital signature to your NemID. Click Next.
    • You will be asked to enter a code from your code card. Click Next.
    • You have now created your NemID. Click OK.

    If it is the first time you log on to eBanking, you will be asked to register for Danske eBanking.

    Log on - eBanking

    Each time you log on to eBanking you need your NemID code card, your user ID and your password.

    • Go to www.danskebank.dk, click "Log-in" in the top right hand corner and choose Peronal eBanking.
    • In the NemID log on box you enter your user ID and your password. Click Next.
    • Enter a code from your code card or NemID code app. Click Next.
    • You are now logged on to eBanking.
  • Log on - Mobile Banking

    Log on - Mobile Banking

    You must bank with us if you want to use our online banking solutions.

    You were given access to online banking when you became a Danske Bank customer. You can log on, using your NemID, the day after you have become a customer.

    Danske Mobile Banking is available in English for mobile and tablet and you get easily started by following steps.

    •  Download our app called ‘Mobilbank DK - Danske Bank’ from where you usually download apps – search for ‘Danske Bank’ 
      iPhone
      Android
    • Log on using your NemID User ID and your service code for Mobile Banking.

     

     

     

     

  • Error in user ID or password

    Error in user ID or password

    Several issues may cause an error in user ID or password error during log on. Maybe

    • you have entered an invalid user ID
    • you have entered an invalid password
    • your NemID does not work anymore.

    If you are unable to log on, you can reactivate your access again by ordering a temporary password.
