You use the Pin Code to log into Danske Mobile Banking

  • Create a PIN Code for Mobile Bank

    When you log in to Mobile Bank for the first time, we’ll first ask you to identify yourself with your MitID and then to create a 6-digit PIN code of your choice. 

    How to set up your PIN
    • Open the mobile banking app and log on with MitID.
    • Create a 6-digit PIN code of your choice.
    • if you wish, you can enable fingerprint and facial recognition. Then you can use fingerprint and facial recognition as usual.
    • Your mobile phone or tablet is now registered as a secure device.
    • The next time you log on to mobile banking, you only need fingerprint and facial recognition if you have chosen that option. Otherwise, you use your 6-digit pin.
    At the first logon, you link the mobile banking app to your mobile phone via MitID - Registered devices
    • You can use Mobile Bank on three different devices.
    • You can have different 6-digit pins for each of these three devices.
  • Forgotten PIN Code

    If you have forgotten your PIN Code for mobile banking you can easily create a new one.

    Create a new PIN for mobile banking
    • Open the mobile banking app
    • Tap ‘Forgot your PIN?’
    • Log on with MitID.
    • Follow the instructions on the screen and enter a newl 6-digit PIN of your choice.
    • Your PIN Code has now been changed.

    Note

    The pin will expire if you do not log on to mobile banking within 90 days.
    Afterwards, you must log on with MitID and create a new pin.

  • Manage the devices on which you use Mobile Bank

    A registered device is the mobile or tablet that you use to log on to mobile banking. You can use Mobile Bank on three different devices.
    The device is registered automatically when you log on with MitID.

    If you no longer wish to use Mobile Bank on a device, you can remove it yourself
    • If there is a registered device that you do not recognise, you should delete it from the list immediately
    • If you log on to Danske Mobile Banking on a new devise and you have already registered three, the oldest devise will be deleted from the list

    How to manage registered devices
    • Log on to Danske Mobile Banking
    • Tap 'Menu' from the menu at the bottom of the screen
    • Select 'Registered devices' to see the devices on which you have set up Mobile Bank.
    • Select the device you want to delete
    • Tap 'Delete device'  at the bottom of the screen
    • Once the device is deleted, it can no longer access your mobile banking.
    Get notified
    If you’ve activated Mobile Bank notifications, you’ll receive a message when Mobile Bank has been set up on a new device or a device have been deleted. You can activate notifications in your device settings.
