Service code

You use the service code to log into Danske Mobile Banking

  • Get your service code

    You were given access to online banking when you became a Danske Bank customer.

    You find your service code in Danske eBanking

    • Log in to Danske eBanking (the danish version) User ID and password as you use for Danske eBanking (the English version).
    • In top menu click 'Mobile tjenester' (Mobile services) and under the topic 'Servicekode' choose 'Få adgang via Mobilbank (Get access via Danske Mobile Banking and Tablet Banking).



    • You register by pressing the button 'Næste' (Next).



    • Now you see links to our terms and conditions for Danske Mobile Banking.
      Click the button ‘Videre til underskrift’ (Proceed to signature) to sign the agreement  You will find all our terms and conditions in English at www.danskebank.dk/terms



    • An authorisation window opens. We will then ask you to approve

    • Now you see your 4 digit service code needed for Danske Mobile Banking

  • Use of service code

    Once logged into Danske Mobile Banking, you do not need to use MitID to authorize transfers, pay bills, sign agreements, etc. You can use your service code instead.

  • Forgotten service code

    Are you notified that your service code has been blocked because you have tried a service code too many times at log on, you can unblock the service code in eBanking yourself.


    • Log into Danske eBanking (the danish version) User ID and password as you use for Danske eBanking (the English version).
    • In top menu click 'Mobile tjenester' (Mobile services) and under the topic 'Servicekode' choose ‘Se eller skift servicekode’ (See or change service code).



    • Click 'Nulstil servicekode' (Reset service code).



    • An authorisation window opens. We will then ask you to approve.
      This will reset your servicecode, and a new code will be presented to you.

    Do you want to change the service code

    • Click ‘Skift servicekode’ (Change service code).
    • Enter your own 4 digits.
    • Click ‘Ok’.
    • Now you see your new self choosen 4 digit service code.
  • See or change service code

    You are always able to find your service code in Danske Netbank (the Danish version), where you are also able to change your service code.

    • Log into Danske eBanking (the danish version) User ID and password as you use for Danske eBanking (the English version).
    • In top menu click 'Mobile tjenester' (Mobile services) and under the topic 'Servicekode' choose ‘Se eller skift servicekode’ (See or change service code).



    • Now you see your 4 digit service code needed for Danske Mobile Banking



    • If you want to change your service code you simply click ‘Skift servicekode’ (Change service code), put in your own 4 digits, and click ‘Ok’ 
    • Now you see your new self choosen 4 digit service code.
