Payments between accounts held with Danske Bank
Domestic payments in DKK between DKK-denominated accounts will be executed immediately 24/7.
Domestic payments in currencies other than DKK will be executed only on the following dates:
- Tuesday, 23 December 2025
- Monday, 29 December 2025
- Tuesday, 30 December 2025
- Friday, 2 January 2026
The cut-off time for domestic payments in currencies other than DKK is 6.30pm. This means payments have to be authorised by 6.30pm on 23 December, 29 December, 30 December 2025 or 2 January 2026, respectively, if they are to be received on the same date.
Payments to accounts held with other banks
Domestic payments in DKK to accounts held with other banks marked as “Straks” (Instant)’ will be executed immediately 24/7.
Other domestic payments will be executed only on the following dates:
- Tuesday, 23 December 2025
- Monday, 29 December 2025
- Tuesday, 30 December 2025
- Friday, 2 January 2026
Domestic payments that must be credited to the payee’s account on Monday, 29 December 2025:
- Must be authorised by 6.30pm on Tuesday, 23 December.
- If marked as ‘Same day’: the payment must be authorised by 12.15pm on Tuesday, 23 December.
Domestic payments that must be credited to the payee’s account on Friday, 2 January 2026:
- Must be authorised by 6.30pm on Tuesday, 30 December.
- If marked as ‘Same day’: the payment must be authorised by 12.15pm on Friday, 2 January.
Please note, payments are only processed if the account holds sufficient funds and the standard payment terms for District apply.
