Change the account you pay from


When you transfer a Betalingsservice agreement to another account, the bill will in future be paid from this account.

    How to change the account you pay from in Danske Mobile Banking

    • Log on to Danske Mobile Banking
    • Tap Transfer at the bottom of the page
    • Select Betalingsservice (direct debit)
    • Tap the Betalingsservice agreement you want to pay to another account. 
    • Tap the icon next to the agreement to edit the agreement
    • Select the account to which the payment will be debited in future
    • Press 'Go to confirmation'.
    • Swipe 'Edit agreement' button to the right and Approve.
    • Your Betalingsservice agreement has now been transferred to another account, and the bill will in future be paid from this account.

    Please note that it may take 1-2 business day before the change takes effect.

    Cut-off times: You can make changes to a Betalingsservice agreement until the previous banking day at 16.00 for the next payment. If you move it later, the payment will be completed as before once and then moved to the new account.


  • Danske eBanking - change the account you pay from

    Follow these steps:

    • Log on to Danske eBanking
    • Click 'Pay & transfer' on the top menu and choose 'View and create regular transfers'
    • Select the tab sheet 'Betalingsservice'
    • Select account in the dropdown list 'From account'
    • Select the agreement you want to edit
    • Click the 'Edit' button
    • Select an account  'from account' in the dropdown list and click 'OK'
    • Next you will be asked to approve with your MitID
    • Your Betalingsservice agreement has now been transferred to another account, and the bill will in future be paid from this account.
