If you or your business has incurred an indirect loss as a result of errors in the debt collection case and such loss can be documented, you can report it here:
Request additional compensation to cover the resulting tax payable
You may request additional compensation to cover the resulting tax payable if you pay tax at a rate higher than 37.8% in the year in which you received compensation. All you need to do is fill in the form and attach your three most recent payslips and your most recent tax assessment notice. We will then check whether you are entitled to receive additional compensation.
